Important Terms & Conditions
- The engagement is purely contractual in nature and shall not confer any right upon the appointee to claim regular appointment in the University. The appointees shall not be entitled to any service benefits admissible to the regular teachers of the University.
- The University reserves the right to terminate the engagement at any time without assigning any reason thereof and may continue the appointment for such period as deemed appropriate by the University authorities. Any legal dispute arising out of this engagement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Balangir only.
- The appointment shall initially be valid up to 30th April 2028. However, it may be extended on a yearly basis, with a one-month break during June, subject to satisfactory performance appraisal and students’ feedback, as decided by the University. The University also reserves the right to withdraw the advertisement or cancel the interview process at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.
- N.B.-No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
